• Google drive with access to all of my handouts and resources on many various topics

  • During this time I'm getting to know you, your dreams and your fears, and letting it be the guide for our conversation and the topics we explore. My goal is for you to feel confident and prepared, body, mind and spirit, for the journey of birth. If you have a partner, including them in some of our visits is encouraged.
• Birth support- I am "on call" for your birth with a backup doula in place. I offer phone support during early labor, joining you when labor is active. I provide physical, mental, and emotional support and advocacy during your birth. If i'm available to do so, I'm happy to take photos/video.
• Immediate postpartum support- I stay with you until you are feeling settled. I bring you a warm cup of herbal tea, and can assist with breastfeeding if needed.
• Postpartum visit. This visit usually takes place in the first week or two and be unique to you and your needs. I include a vaginal steam or sitz bath with postpartum visits! ​Our time together might also include:
  • Resources to professionals in the community I know and trust
  • Breastfeeding guidance
  • Check-in on physical healing
  • Emotional support
  • Integrate your birth story
  • Practical needs (i.e. a shower or nap)
  • Light housework (i.e. laundry or dishes)
• Herbal products. As a home herbalist, I love sharing herbal products to my clients! Herbs can be used in different supportive ways from pregnancy-postpartum, unique to your situation.

​I use the word investment intentionally. Statistics have shown that hiring a doula  results in a more satisfactory birth outcome.

If cost is an issue, please communicate your needs. I'm happy to discuss alternative packages, and am a firm believer that everyone should have the birth support they desire.
